Holding space for you to be your authentic self
I have been practicing in Spartanburg, SC since 2016, and enjoy serving a range of client demographics and presenting problems. I have certification in AutPlay therapy for neurodivergent children, and am trained in the Safe and Sound Protocol to support clients in attaining better autonomic nervous system regulation. My priority is to provide a safe, validating space for clients to get to know themselves better and address the concerns that brought them to counseling.
